4. Click the "customize" link beside your purchase
5. Select the "initiate request" for the TEXT LOGO option
6. Fill out the questionnaire (provide as much detail about the request as possible)
7. You will be contacted by a Lucky Marble developer about your request -- be sure to specify a phone number where you can be reached

Additional Customization Services

All customizations are EXCLUSIVE to you. Once we customize a template, we will not add the 'customized version' of the template to our catalog.

As unique as this design may be, we understand that you may wish to have it customized to suit your needs.

We bill by the minute with rates starting from $1.25/minute.  Please view our latest rates here.

On projects over $100 we require a retainer of 50%.  Some of the customization services that we provide:

• Update the Company Text Logo (Approx 15 minutes to customize)
• Website Color Change (Approx 1-2 hours to customize)
• Flash Intro/Web Text & Image Changes (Approx 30 minutes to customize)
• Website Background Image change (Approx 15 minutes to customize)
• Content Transfer from an existing site (Approx $5/page)

Website Template Customization Services

With our customized template service, you receive an easy-to-use Website Template that has been personalized with the design elements of YOUR choice. This includes your company logo, background and cosmetic images and template colors just to name a few.   You will be working with your personal i3d designer, who will work with your from project start until finished. Your complete satisfaction is our goal with every project.

   If the item you want customized is not in the list select "Special Request"
6. Fill out the questionnaire (provide as much detail about the request as possible)
7. You will be contacted by a Lucky Marble developer about your request -- be sure to specify a phone number where you can be reached

If you would like a quote, please call us toll free at 1-866-943-5733 so that we can answer any questions you may have about getting us to customize your site. 

Some things to note:

• If the customization requires us to clarify any details or if you require a quote for a job that is not covered by your any included service, we will call you to confirm. 
• Each customization job has a different turnaround time, ranging from 2 business days (for a text logo) to 7 business days (for a color change). 
• Customization jobs are scheduled on 'first-come, first-serve' basis.
