About 3rd party software support from Lucky Marble
It should be noted that although 3rd party software tools normally are required to modify the website template (either a website editor and/or flash animation tool) we do not directly support these software solutions. 

You are ultimately responsible for your own level of knowledge and familiarity with the tools.  We are happy to provide you with resources so that you can learn the tricks of the trade however, the "teaching and training" of the basic "how tos" for these tools is not a part of our included support service. 

If you require training in these tools we suggest:

1. First, check out the resources we've provided

2. Second, do a "google search" for what you're trying to accomplish eg "How to modify a page name with FrontPage"

3. Third, check out one of the many great books available at your local book store

4. Fourth, when all else fails, you can hire us to coach you through your learning crisis (normal rates start from $75/hr)
